You need space to tell the truth. You need tools that actually help your body exhale. You need support that does not ask you to keep performing strength while quietly falling apart inside.

That’s the work I do.

I work with women who are carrying too much, feeling too much, or have gotten so good at holding it all together that they barely know what they feel anymore.

They are often the dependable one. The capable one. The one everyone leans on. And underneath all of that, they are tired, tense, resentful, overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly angry.

Not because they are broken. Because they have been bracing for a long time.

Why this work is personal for me

I know what it is like to live disconnected from yourself while still looking “fine” on the outside.

I know what it is like to push through, over-function, stay strong, and keep going while your body keeps sending signals that something is off.

My own path led me through deep personal change, healing work, body-based practices, coaching, and a whole lot of truth-telling. What I found was this:

Real healing did not come from trying harder to be better. It came from learning how to listen. To my body. To my emotions. To the pressure I had been carrying for far too long

That is why my work is not about fixing women. It is about helping them feel sage enough to soften, honest enough to feel, and supported enough to change.

What it’s like to work with me

My work blends nervous system support, emotional release, somatic self-care, venting coaching, and practical tools that help you come back to yourself in real life.

This is not surface-level self-care. This is not “just think positive.” And this is definitely not about pretending to be calm when your body is screaming for relief.

Together, we make space for what is real. We work with the body, not against it. We release pressure instead of stuffing it down. We build self-trust instead of more performance.

My approach is compassionate, honest, grounding, and deeply human.

My background

I’m a Nervous System Whisperer & Venting Coach, as well as a yoga and Pilates teacher. My work is shaped by years of supporting women through self-care, embodiment, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and personal transformation.

But more than titles, what matters most is how I hold space:

With compassion. With clarity. With truth. And with the belief that softness can be powerful.
