Dreams, Goals, and Our Everyday Life: Can They Coexist in Perfect Harmony?

Ah, January! The month of big dreams and even bigger goals! We all spend December pondering and recapping the year that was, and then BOOM! January 1st hits, and we're full-throttle focused on the year ahead, ready to conquer every mountain in sight. And boy, does it feel great! But, let's be honest, we've all been there - starting the year with a bang, only to lose steam halfway through and end up feeling defeated.

This year, I'm taking a different approach. Yes, I still believe in setting goals and dreaming big, but I'm not just making lists and hoping for the best. Instead, I'm looking at my daily routine and figuring out how to make space for my dreams and goals to thrive. Because let's face it, our daily habits and routines have a huge impact on whether we achieve our dreams or not.

So, instead of just writing down my goals, I'm taking a step back and analyzing the rhythm of my life. How can I make small changes to my daily routine that will support my dreams and goals? What if I made room every day for my dreams to unfold, instead of boxing them into a corner? Because sometimes, it's the seemingly small and insignificant steps that bring our dreams to life.

But, here's the kicker - we can't just hope our dreams will magically come to fruition. We need to take action and make intentional changes to our daily routine. If we want to pursue our dreams and live a life well-lived, we need to make room for them in our day-to-day lives. So, before you start working on that list of goals, take a step back and ask yourself if your daily routine is conducive to achieving those dreams. If not, what kind of rhythm and routine do you want your life to have instead?

Let's make this year the year of big dreams AND intentional living!
