The Living Room Chiropractic | Charleston, SC
Maybe you can feel the week sitting in your shoulders.
Your hips are tight. Your jaw is clenched. Your mind is still running through everything you did, everything you didn’t do, and everything waiting for you next week.
You don’t need another thing to accomplish.
You need somewhere to put it all down.
The Deep Exhale is a 90-minute evening of slow movement and deep rest designed to help you step out of doing mode and give your body permission to soften.
We’ll begin with a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice, settling into supported poses and giving your body time to release some of the tension that builds up from a week of sitting, standing, rushing, working, caretaking, thinking, and simply being human.
From there, you’ll get comfortable for Yoga Nidra, a guided practice of deep rest.
You’ll lie down, get cozy, close your eyes, and be guided through the practice.
There’s nothing to perform.
Nothing to get right.
And absolutely nothing you need to fix.
You’ve been feeling physically tight or tense.
Your brain has trouble switching off at the end of the day.
You’re tired, but actually relaxing doesn’t always come easily.
You’ve been moving from one responsibility to another without much space between them.
Or maybe you simply want 90 minutes where nobody needs anything from you.
You do not need any previous yoga or Yoga Nidra experience.
